18.05.2014: Jeff and YY’s Big Day @ Crowne Plaza Hotel
My first impression of the food at Crowne Plaza Hotel ain’t good at all when I attended a wedding lunch there sometime in March 2013. Hence I was pretty reluctant to attend Jeff and YY’s wedding dinner reception when Sweetie Muffin requested me to go as it was his bestie’s wedding and he was the “brother” of the groom. Hence I had no alternatives but dragged myself to attend the wedding dinner with him ;(

Crowne Plaza Hotel – Le’ Ambience
I like the ceilings and the brightly lit hall 🙂 |

The flowery décor during my last visit in March 2013 |
Located at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is probably the best place to host your wedding and take off to your honeymoon destination immediately after! However, due to the fact that the Singapore Changi Airport is nowhere near town, there will be hidden costs involved for hosting your wedding there – one great example will be paying surcharge and transport fees for your make-up artist and photographer / videographer. Also, it is rather inconvenient for the guests to travel all the way there…
Busy Receptionists.. |
Our Souvenirs – Passport Holder or Crystal Pen.. Seems like Crystal Pens are the “IN” thing now… |

Le’ Food
Red Wine
Cheers to joyous occasions!
However, never try the red wine served at Crowned Plaza! I repeat, never ever try that!! I disliked the taste completely – it was not at the very least sweet and it was pungent indeed..
Sweetie Muffin turned red after being compelled to drink half a glass of beer.. Poor thing :X |
