#RabbitMuffin Church Wedding on 12 April 2015
After the seemingly long Church Wedding Preparation earlier, it is finally the ACTUAL DAY for our Church Wedding! In this post, I will walk you through my entire Church Wedding process 😘💋
11 April 2015 – One Day before the BIG Day
The helpers in church cleaned up the church hall and started decorating the place with florals 😻
We had a trial run of the wedding procedure and practiced marching in with my heels.
In the meantime, Angeli Catering arrived and setup the tables for the buffet lunch reception.
We left for home to rest after ensuring that takeaway dinner was catered to our church helpers – they deserved to be well-fed for helping out in this wedding 😜
At the same time that evening, Sweetie Muffin’s brothers – Edwin and Jia Jing went to collect the bridal car and sent it to Digio Bridal for decoration and cleaning.
Waking Up on 12 April 2015
We woke up at 6.30am in the morning and had some breakfast whilst waiting for the photographer and makeup artist to arrive at my place.

Time for Breakfast! |
Our dutiful photographer – Kok Yong (Eng Photography) arrived slightly before 7.30am and started snapping away.
My makeup artist – Cynthia Oh (Cynderella Makeup and Hair Services) arrived afterwards and started to doll me up with her magical hands!✨
Arrival of the Groom
Sweetie Muffin and his brothers arrived at 9am.

Off to Church!
We headed off to church for our Church Wedding ceremony at approximately 10.20am.
The church hall was nicely decorated in pastel hues of pink and purple💜💞✨

Approximately 30 minutes before the march in, we were told that our best man and bridesmaid (Thomas and Marilyn) could not make it on time as they were unable to grab a taxi from their house.
Thank God we had our BFFs – Edwin and Samantha as our most ideal substitutes instead. Everything proceeded very smoothly and hence we were really grateful🙏🏻
After the solemnisation, the church choir was invited on stage to present to us a couple of hymns.
We chose “Look at The World” by John Rutter and “Teach Me Thy Way, O Lord” (Mandarin).
After the choir’s presentation, it was time for our family to express our thanks to our guests who joined us in our celebration.
Before we noticed it, we were already pronounced as husband and wife before we marched out of the church hall and adjourn for lunch downstairs😹
After lunch, we went back to the church hall to have our group photos taken before we changed and returned to my parents’ place for tea ceremony with my relatives.

Tea Ceremony at my parents’ place
I have a lot of relatives from my maternal side and hence we had lots of tea serving to do during the tea ceremony.
I think it was pretty cool to have all my relatives gathered in our house and it was filled with lots of laughter 🙂
We headed off to our new home to rest shortly after the tea ceremony. What an eventful day!
P.S. Church Wedding Video will be up in the next post – keep your eyes peeled!!
