H

ave you ever experienced trying out services at many different places and still return to the first place you started off with? I guess, in order for you to return, that place must have impacted you greatly or gave you a great first impression. This is so true for my experience with Korean Hair Salons such as Zinc Korean Hair Salon. I have not tried anywhere with such attentive services that I had to make another return trip to the salon to style my hair (You might be keen to read about my first experience with the salon HERE).

Oh yes, and not to mention to try their services at their new location — Parco Millenia Walk which is right above Promenade MRT Station 🙂

Priorly, I had my hair bleached to attain the Balayage Ombré effect but as my hair grew, it began to look really dry and unhealthy.

My Balayage Ombré Hair

Hence I’ve decided to fix my dry looking hair and dyed it to a darker shade.

Also, I’ve wanted to have air bangs and redo my perm.

The newly relocated Zinc Hair Salon 🙂

After examining my hair, Rany told me frankly that my hair was too damaged for any perming. Also, my bangs were too short for her to cut the air bangs.

However, my hopes were not dashed as she would help to touch up my hair colour and give me a decent haircut.

The shampooing process was relaxing as ever with a lengthy head massage. And the staff actually placed a warm towel around my neck to give my neck a good massage afterwards! It felt really comforting because it was pretty cold after a hair wash and exposed to air-con directly.

The area where I had my hair wash.. So cozy with dim lighting 🙂

 Kudos to their attentiveness!

Rany advised that I should let my hair rest for at least 2 months before I can perm my hair and by then perhaps my fringe would have grown longer for her to cut my desired air bangs 🙂

Also, I noticed that Rany is a lot slimmer than the last time I saw her and she informed that she actually went for childbirth earlier and now she lost her pregnancy weight!! WOW! It was so unbelievable that she is a mother because her figure doesn’t look like one!

I think I looked so much older besides Rany.. T.T
I think it is high time I lose some fats! I look kinda chubby besides her T.T

Oh yes, by the way the curls were created by heated thongs as Rany saw my disappointed face and decided to give me temporary curls instead.. They were gone OVERNIGHT..

Hence, I took some photos to capture the moment where I actually have curly hair ZINC Korean Hair Salon, Millenia WalkZINC Korean Hair Salon, Millenia WalkZINC Korean Hair Salon, Millenia WalkZINC Korean Hair Salon, Millenia WalkZINC Korean Hair Salon, Millenia Walk

Never mind not being able to have permed hair yet – just look forward to 2 months later then 🙂

As for now, I would simply style my hair in a ponytail due to the hot weather in Singapore…
